TrainmeFit is an app dedicated to healthy living. Our aim is to encourage people to exercise - by providing a personalised workout session for all individuals irrespective of their fitness level and whether they have gym access or not.
The app would feature
- Customised workouts for people of all fitness levels, tailor made for their goals
- Personalised workouts designed to loose weight, gain muscle or improve stamina
- Routines that fit their busy schedule, even when travelling with no gym access
- Exercise library with videos of every exercise - to do them properly and avoid injury
When a person logs in, the user provides their current fitness information including
- Current fitness level
- Exercise objectives (weight loss, muscle gain, tone up etc)
- How many times the person exercises per week
- Whether they have access to gym or not
Based on the above inputs, a personalised monthly workout program is generated for the user
The workout program shows precisely
- The workout for each day
- Sequence of exercises within each workout
- Pictures and videos showing how to do the exercise properly
The workout changes every month so a user gets fresh exercises and keeps seeing the benefits of an exercise program
